"There is also the type of demanding, fussy, ultimately snobbish client who, if he doesn't see chia pudding on the fitness menu, means the nutritionist doesn't know how. I mean you have to have quinoa, chia pudding, avocado, mango... as if you can't keep a normal diet. You have to have something special there to be expensive and so, for the chosen ones, not for everyone: you don't follow a simple diet, like any other person. It's the same with training. Fitness trainers make their clients sit on their heads, with a rubber band tied to their little finger, spin around in some way. Likewise, they are part of the same range of methods by which the credulous, uninformed person believes that such methods are better than 5 basic rules", draws the attention of the invited expert in the Cronicari Digitali podcast.

"Why have we come to talk about some foods as if they were superfoods? Basically they bring you a lot of useful nutrients, so large amounts of these useful nutrients, especially vitamins, minerals, Omega 3, antioxidants, but with few calories, because that's the secret. Give the body what it needs with as few calories as possible, excess calories are the ones that are harmful.
We can also talk about the excess of certain amino acids, but mainly if you solve the problem with excess calories, so you don't put too much energy into your body, and the body has nothing to do with it and uses it up, then you are in rule. All kinds of such foods have been sought, with a large amount of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants or other nutrients, but with few calories. And of course, you immediately think of berries, ocean fish, goji," he explains Cristian Margărit how some foods got more attention when it comes to diets and fitness.
As in any field and when it comes to proper nutrition, Cristian Mărgărit draws attention to the need for moderation.
"If you removed sugar, flour and oil from your diet, you would solve 80% the problem. All three are vegetable, they are fasting and you can find them in an infinite number of combinations, the oil in fried potatoes, bread produced by the pastry shop, sweets that are fasting, vegan and make you sick. I also put a teaspoon of brown or brown sugar in the preparation, others put it in the coffee. That teaspoon of sugar is not the cause of humanity's problems! The problem is the excess, which accumulates from several foods", emphasizes the specialist in the dialogue from the Digital Chronicles podcast.
