<strong>Puncte de Gastronomie Na\u021bional\u0103<\/strong>, cu atractivitate intern\u0103 \u0219i extern\u0103; <strong>leg\u0103turi mai str\u00e2nse \u00eentre comunitatea buc\u0103tarilor profesioni\u0219ti \u0219i speciali\u0219ti din alte domenii<\/strong>, pentru a atrage inputuri conceptuale \u0219i idei de dezvoltare; <strong>transmiterea tradi\u021biilor c\u0103tre noile genera\u021bii<\/strong>; punerea \u00een valoare a <strong>gastronomiilor regionale<\/strong> prin intermediul restaurantelor tematice sau al unor evenimente din Bucure\u0219ti &#8211; acestea sunt doar c\u00e2teva dintre subiectele abordate \u00een 19 septembrie 2024 la restaurantul La Mama &#8211; Clubul \u021a\u0103ranului Rom\u00e2n din Capital\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sub sloganul <em>\u201cCine m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 \u00eempreun\u0103, r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00eempreun\u0103\u201d, <\/em>\u00een contextul avansat de moderatorul Cosmin Dragomir &#8211; acela de <strong>\u201cNou\u0103 ospitalitate rom\u00e2neasc\u0103\u201d, care \u00eenglobeaz\u0103 gastronomia \u0219i vizeaz\u0103 dezvoltarea unui \u00eentreg set de atitudini, standarde \u0219i ac\u021biuni<\/strong> de comunicare intern\u0103 \u0219i extern\u0103 &#8211; mai exact, orice noi ne putem imagina, av\u00e2nd la baz\u0103 realit\u0103\u021bile istorice<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Concluzia de etap\u0103<\/strong> la care au ajuns speakerii (Dr. Adriana Sohodoleanu, gastronom, specialist \u00een sociologia practicilor culinare; Dr. Daniela Popescu, Lector universitar al Facult\u0103\u021bii de Istorie, Universitatea din Bucuresti; Dr. Miruna Vlada, scriitoare \u0219i cercet\u0103toare \u00een Studii Balcanice; Chef Cezar Munteanu, pre\u0219edintele ANBCT) au fost legate de necesitatea \u0219i beneficiile unei promov\u0103ri mai puternice pe plan intern a gastronomiei \u0219i ospitalit\u0103\u021bii rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, \u00een afar\u0103 de promovarea extern\u0103. Vorbitorii au punctat un aspect important: <strong>buc\u0103t\u0103ria de pe actualul teritoriu al Rom\u00e2niei, de\u0219i este o rezultant\u0103 a mai multor influen\u021be (care buc\u0103t\u0103rie nu este?!?), nu \u201cdatoreaz\u0103\u201d nimic acestora, ci poate se poate m\u00e2ndri f\u0103r\u0103 timiditate \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 vreo team\u0103 de a gre\u0219i c\u0103 este una original\u0103, atr\u0103g\u0103toare \u0219i reprezentativ\u0103, cu numeroase elemente importante de diversificare \u0219i diferen\u021biere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nu e vorba doar de turism \u0219i ospitalitate, ci \u0219i de produc\u021bia alimentar\u0103 industrial\u0103 cu poten\u021bial de export<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prima conferin\u021b\u0103 \u201cGastronomia &#8211; cu bune, cu rele\u201d de la La Mama &#8211; Clubul \u021a\u0103ranului Rom\u00e2n a atins \u0219i <strong>subiectul produsului industrial<\/strong>, exemplificat prin prezen\u021ba unei colec\u021bii de sarmale la conserv\u0103 provenind din mai mult de 20 de \u021b\u0103ri, puzzle-uri, obiecte (unele chiar cro\u0219etate), timbre, tricouri \u0219i c\u0103r\u021bi dedicate acestora &#8211; un set care constituie embrionul unui <strong>viitor Muzeu al sarmalelor, unic<\/strong> \u00een lume, pe care scriitorul \u0219i activistul Cosmin Dragomir dore\u0219te s\u0103 \u00eel \u00eenfiin\u021beze \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subiectul produsului gastronomic industrial a fost dezvoltat la nivel practic inclusiv prin degustarea unor re\u021bete rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti generatoare de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri \u00een marele retail (salam de Sibiu, c\u00e2rna\u021bi) puse pe pia\u021b\u0103 de c\u0103tre partenerul conferin\u021bei, <a href=\"https:\/\/agricola.ro\/\">\u201cAgricola &#8211; Creator de poft\u0103\u201d<\/a>, prin prezentarea unor preparate \u201cready-to-cook\u201d sub brandul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodandglory.com\/\">\u201cFood &amp; Glory\u201d<\/a>, destinate omului modern, aflat deseori \u00een criz\u0103 de timp sau de inspira\u021bie. La fel de interesante pentru cei prezen\u021bi au fost \u0219i distilate produse dup\u0103 re\u021bete tradi\u021bionale \u201cLa Horincie\u201d (c\u0103ci gastronomia \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u0219i b\u0103uturi) &#8211; cu poten\u021bial de brand na\u021bional \u0219i interna\u021bional reprezentativ pentru categoria respectiv\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interven\u021bii valoroase intelectual la sesiunea de \u201c\u00centreb\u0103ri \u0219i r\u0103spunsuri\u201d de dup\u0103 conferin\u021b\u0103 au venit \u0219i din partea celorlal\u021bi parteneri ai evenimentului &#8211; furnizorii de salate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eisberg.ro\/\">\u201cEisberg &#8211; #colouryourlife\u201d<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/@livrarilegume\">\u201cTeamfresh Horeca\u201d<\/a>, furnizori de fructe, legume \u0219i salate pentru mediul HoReCa.
