Timi\u0219oarei\/ Banatului?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corelat cu toate premierele b\u0103n\u0103\u021bene (prima \u0219coal\u0103 de pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei\/Cenad, prima bibliotec\u0103 de pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei\/Igri\u0219, primul furnal\/Boc\u0219a, primul canal navigabil\/Bega, primul ora\u0219 din imperiu-iluminat cu l\u0103mpi \u0219i apoi cu gaz\/Timi\u0219oara, primul ziar din Rom\u00e2nia\/la Timi\u0219oara, primul-cel mai vechi teatru din Rom\u00e2nia\/Oravi\u021ba, primul tramvai electric din Rom\u00e2nia\/Timi\u0219oara, prima cale class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ce efecte nedorite ar aduce un brand gastronomic Timi\u0219oarei\/ Banatului?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Niciunul, dac\u0103 este corelat, cum tot repet, cu o strategie de regiune. De exemplu, degeaba promov\u0103m mur\u0103turile de raci de la Rud\u0103ria dac\u0103 nu sunt locuri de cazare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se poate alege categoria de turi\u0219ti care ne intereseaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ce este necesar sau ce impiedica construirea unui brand gastronomic pentru Banat\/ Timisoara?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orgoliile reprezint\u0103 fr\u00e2na suprem\u0103. Dealtfel, s-a v\u0103zut perfect acest lucru cu ocazia Timi\u0219oara-Capital\u0103 Cultural\u0103 2023: cele c\u00e2teva fac\u021biuni au reu\u0219it s\u0103 dilueze tot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ce ar trebui s\u0103 con\u021bin\u0103 o strategie de promovare a Timi\u0219oarei enogastronomice pentru 2023?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cenainte de con\u021binut, ar trebui format un grup care s\u0103 contureze strategia enogastronomic\u0103, format din istorici, scriitori, antropologi, chefi pasiona\u021bi, somelieri, produc\u0103tori de vinuri, muzicologi, folclori\u0219ti, filologi, semiologi, profesori\/critici de art\u0103, da! \u0218i, din nou, aceast\u0103 strategie trebuie racordat\u0103 la strategia cultural\u0103-turistic\u0103 a regiunii. Care, deocamdat\u0103, nu exist\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ar trebui s\u0103 se pun\u0103 accent in promovare pe multiculturalitatea (multietnicitatea) gastronomic\u0103 a zonei?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este o cale corect\u0103 politic, a\u0219adar nu prezint\u0103 vulnerabilitate. Dar existen\u021ba unui creuzet gastronomic cu multiple influen\u021be este evident\u0103 \u0219i puternic\u0103, deci da, a\u0219 pune accent pe multietnicitate. Dar nu m-a\u0219 raporta doar la at\u00e2t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cum si prin ce este reprezentat\u0103 buc\u0103t\u0103ria cu specific local \u00een oferta HoReCa timisoreana (restaurante, fast food, street food, catering, food trucks, etc)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este inexistent\u0103 sau dac\u0103 o z\u0103re\u0219ti undeva, e doar o minciun\u0103 ambalat\u0103. Burger-ul este cel mai frecvent produs pe care \u00eel reg\u0103se\u0219ti \u00een meniurile localurilor din Timi\u0219oara. M\u0103car de-ar fi fost Pljeskavica\u2026care are sens, este regional\u0103\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ce m\u00e2nc\u0103ruri locale ar trebui s\u0103 se reg\u0103seasc\u0103 \u00een meniurile locantelor din zon\u0103?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ar trebui s\u0103 existe restaurant cu specific b\u0103n\u0103\u021bean, cu m\u00e2ncare corect\u0103, care s\u0103 apeleze la produc\u0103tori locali, s\u0103 \u00eei sprijine, ba chiar s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i fac\u0103 propriile produse. Turi\u0219tii nu vor s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nce nici burger, nici paste cu creve\u021bi. \u0218i ar fi imperios necesar reprezentat\u0103 noua buc\u0103t\u0103rie rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, cu re\u021bete regionale, de sezon, aduse \u00een contemporan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De exemplu: sarmalele a\u0219a zis b\u0103n\u0103\u021bene, care se fac cu carne t\u0103iat\u0103 mai mare, la sat\u00e2r, de unde \u0219i dimensiunea lor, servite cu o pl\u0103cint\u0103 din f\u0103in\u0103 de m\u0103lai cu unt \u0219i m\u0103rar. Ori \u0219oncul (care, apropos, se face mai bun la \u0218iria\/Arad) servit savant, t\u0103iat sub\u021bire, cu frunze de p\u0103p\u0103die, podbal \u0219i un dressing, al\u0103turi de un pahar de Solo Quinta. Exemple sunt multe\u2026creativitate \u0219i pasiune s\u0103 fie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exist\u0103 pagini dedicate vinurilor \u0219i\/sau distilatelor locale \u00een meniurile restaurantelor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen general da. \u00cens\u0103 nu exist\u0103 un meniu \u00een toat\u0103 Timi\u0219oara, care s\u0103 promoveze pe lista de vinuri doar cramele din regiune. \u0218i sunt destule, cu vinuri ambi\u021bioase, bune, premiate\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ce efecte ar avea marcarea in meniu a produselor locale (vin, mancare)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obligatoriu! Timi\u0219oara e capital\u0103 cultural\u0103, turi\u0219tii vor ceva local. \u0218i nu doar ei, localnicii ar consuma produse locale, \u00een timp acest lucru ar duce la cre\u0219terea pe bun\u0103 dreptate a m\u00e2ndriei locale. Poate \u00eei vine cuiva idea s\u0103 fac\u0103 FESTIVALUL \u0218ONCULUI\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ce ar trebui neaparat sa incerce un turist (roman sau strain) din preparatele locale? Si de ce, ce beneficii are acel turist daca incearca mancarea si bautura locala?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cred c\u0103 am r\u0103spuns mai sus, dar repet: \u0219onc, sl\u0103nina alb\u0103, mare, \u021binut\u0103 \u00een saramur\u0103 cu usturoi p\u00e2n\u0103 se face untoas\u0103, supa cu t\u0103i\u021bei sau zdren\u021be (aluat ca pentru t\u0103i\u021bei, dar se d\u0103 pe r\u0103z\u0103toarea mare) etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gustul diferit al preparatelor locale, pentru un turist, rotunje\u0219te de minune experien\u021ba vizitei. Cl\u0103diri frumu\u0219ele sunt peste tot \u00een lume, concerte la fel. De unde \u0219i imaginea proast\u0103\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trebuie ajuta\u021bi produc\u0103torii locali, cu programe complete \u0219i complexe ale statului, trebuie prezervate semin\u021be vechi de legume bune, trebuie avut grij\u0103 de terroir \u2013 ca la vinuri. Sper s\u0103 fie m\u0103car un ministru care s\u0103 se aplece asupra acestui subiect\u2026 Poate doar o ini\u021biativ\u0103 privat\u0103, de anvergura Via Transilvanica ar rezolva problema!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ar trebui f\u0103cut\u0103 un fel de FERM\u0102 A SEMIN\u021aELOR ROM\u00c2NE\u0218TI \u00een fiecare jude\u021b. Dar se dore\u0219te? Al\u0103turi de ea mai sunt c\u00e2\u021biva culeg\u0103tori de re\u021bete din Banatul de munte, au \u0219i ceva emisiuni la posture de televiziune locale, \u00eens\u0103 nu \u0219tiu c\u00e2t sunt de serios apleca\u021bi asupra subiectului, mai ales c\u0103 e activitate secundar\u0103 pentru ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crede\u021bi c\u0103 sunt \u00eendeajuns aceste ini\u021biative sau ar trebui multiplicate?
