I&#039;m referring to the tastings from a single producer organized in neutral spaces, that is, not to them in the yard because that&#039;s how it is there.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, I enthusiastically applaud any conceptual tasting (vertical, horizontal and even Cartesian:D) but especially creative initiatives, out of the ordinary or barely imported for our market. For example, the tastings of glasses made from Corks, whose host is the blind tasting world champion Valentin Ceafal\u0103u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The buffet of the senses<\/strong> belongs to the second category. Installed (now) in the basement of the National Art Museum in Timi\u0219oara (previously it functioned in the U barracks), <a href=\"https:\/\/cramelerecas.ro\/evenimente-corporate\/narcis-georgiu-sommelierul-cramelor-recas-despre-bufetul-simturilor-la-west-city-radio-timisoara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Buffet of the Senses<\/a> offers you an interactive experience with the world of wine. Moreover, you can &quot;get to know&quot; the specifics of the most common wine defects so that later you can immediately realize a bottle of wine that is unsuitable for consumption. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each container is numbered, and for verification you have a QRcode that sends you to an application where you can find all the explanations. At the end, we move on to the blind tasting of some wines that - more playfully, more seriously (the atmosphere is relaxing and no one gives an exam) - you have to recognize them based on the typical aromas smelled and explained previously. It&#039;s fun, but mostly educational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Narcis is an excellent host, a patient and charismatic pedagogue.
