He was my interlocutor <strong>chef Paul Siserman<\/strong> which I directly asked: <strong>Why do traditional restaurants have the same menu?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"width: 100%; max-width: 660px; overflow: hidden; background: transparent;\" src=\"https:\/\/embed.podcasts.apple.com\/us\/podcast\/cronicaridigitali-s5-chef-paul-siserman-de-ce-nu\/id1511474599?i=1000565780967\" height=\"175\" frameborder=\"0\" sandbox=\"allow-forms allow-popups allow-same-origin allow-scripts allow-storage-access-by-user-activation allow-top-navigation-by-user-activation\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey have the same menu because they have the same school or they don&#039;t have any school or the chefs there weren&#039;t interested. Why do we turn it around? What they learned to do, four soups, two grills, some small ones thrown on the grill, they still do that because it&#039;s easy for them. Otherwise, they go out of their comfort zone if they start searching, informing themselves and putting in <a href=\"https:\/\/butler.expert\">value<\/a> what he could do.<\/p>\n<p>If you go to a traditional restaurant chef, out of ten you take, 11 will say that it&#039;s ok like this, because the hours, because of the fatigue, that it&#039;s not possible. And many of the restaurant owners are people who have nothing to do with the kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>If they take a cook, find him and give 5,000 lei or 6,000 lei, they say it&#039;s an extraordinary amount. Ok, what are you giving him that money for? You give them only for their presence, because you don&#039;t have staff and because they have a lot of dishes to do every day and you don&#039;t have staff and you have nowhere to get people, or you give them because that person is qualified, that they do research, he looks for his recipes, does his tests and so on.
