They deal with the 5 different types of sarmals&nbsp;<strong>Cosmin Dragomir<\/strong>, gastronome, author of the book &quot;Curatorul de Zacusc\u0103&quot; (plus a book about ready-to-eat sarmales) and lover of Romanian culinary history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, on&nbsp;<strong>29<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;March 2023<\/strong>&nbsp;TO&nbsp;<strong>6:30 p.m<\/strong>&nbsp;I&#039;ll meet you at&nbsp;<strong>Brewer&#039;s Inn Casa Oprea Soare (Bucharest)<\/strong>&nbsp;to try 5 wines from the Feteasc\u0103 Neagr\u0103 variety from 5 different wine regions of the country, 1 white blend from Feteasc\u0103 Alb\u0103 &amp; Feteasc\u0103 Regal\u0103, as well as 5 different types of sarmals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event is organized by&nbsp;<strong>Wednesday<\/strong>&nbsp;in collaboration with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cosmindragomir.ro\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Cosmin Dragomir<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;and with support&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hanuberarilor.ro\/ro\/restaurante\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hanu Berarilor Casa Oprea Soare<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;and the group&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/citygrill.ro\/ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">City Grill<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The program in brief<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Date:<\/strong>&nbsp;March 29, 2023<br><strong>Hour:<\/strong>&nbsp;18:30 \u2013 21:30<br><strong>Location<\/strong>:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/hanuberarilor.ro\/ro\/restaurante\/casa_oprea_soare\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hanu Berarilor Casa Oprea Soare<\/a>, Str. Originally from Moldova (both the Moldova region on the territory of Romania and the Republic of Moldova), this type of grape is cultivated in over 3000 hectares on the territory of our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Feteasc\u0103 Neagr\u0103 variety is also known as: Coada R\u00e2ndunicii (Romania, Republic of Moldova), Fetyaska Chernaya (Ukraine), P\u0103s\u0103reasc\u0103 Neagr\u0103 and Poama Fetei Neagr\u0103 (both in the Republic of Moldova) and Schwarze Madchentraube (Romania).
