GUSTUL este foarte pu\u021bin luat \u00ee<\/em><em>n considera<\/em><em>\u021b<\/em><em>ie <\/em><em>\u0219i, \u00een acest mod, nu este luat\u0103 \u00een seam\u0103 <\/em><em>nici exigen<\/em><em>\u021ba consumatorului. Necesitatea de a certifica gustul \u0219i savoarea, care sunt o corect\u0103 expresie a produsului cump\u0103rat, produs care apar\u021bine, prin aceste exprim\u0103ri de gust \u0219i savoare, unui teritoriu de origine ce nu este prev\u0103zut \u0219i nici protejat de legisla\u021bie, a dus la na\u0219terea FNDA\u201d<\/em> &#8211; acest credo al gusturilor, dincolo de certificarea parametrilor de fabrica\u021bie, este permanent promovat de Federa\u021bia Na\u021bional\u0103 a Degust\u0103torilor Autoriza\u021bi (FNDA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FNDA organizeaz\u0103 numeroase evenimente de cunoa\u0219tere \u0219i cursuri predate de lectori rom\u00e2ni \u0219i str\u0103ini \u0219i acord\u0103 diplome certificate la nivel interna\u021bional &#8211; informa\u021biile relevante sunt disponibile pe www.fnda.ro. Adriana a contribuit cu articole la publica\u021bii precum Oxford Food Symposium\u2019s Proceedings, Dilema Veche, Iscoada, Zile si Nopti \u0219i altele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eseurile ei exploreaz\u0103 conexiunile dintre m\u00e2ncare \u0219i societate, atr\u0103g\u00e2nd aten\u021bia asupra modurilor complexe \u00een care cultura alimentar\u0103 se \u00eemplete\u0219te cu contexte socio-politice mai largi.
