The restaurants of the City Grill Group, the top destinations of the Capital
According to a survey carried out in April 2024, the restaurants of the City Grill Group are a favorite destination and frequently visited by a large part of the Bucharest public. Conducted on a representative sample of 520 Bucharest residents, the survey revealed that the group's restaurants are the number 1 choice for 17.3% of the respondents, and in the top three choices for almost a third of them (31%).
Also, the same survey shows that 86% of the respondents have crossed the threshold of City Grill Group restaurants at least once, and almost 40% have visited them in the last 3 months (39.3%).
More than a third (35.8%) of respondents indicated as their favorite restaurant a restaurant from the City Grill Group and one in five (22.2%) mentioned the group's restaurants as the destinations where they ate most often in the last 90 days.
Over time, we have continuously learned about the expectations and preferences of our audience. Traditional and Mediterranean cuisine remain crowd favourites, but the modern influences of international cuisines, along with exposure to the new through travel, urban culture and dynamic lifestyles, have changed the filters by which the customer experience in restaurants is evaluated. If 20 years ago taste dictated the choice of a restaurant, today, the triad of taste - service quality - atmosphere and design has become an equilateral triangle, each side being essential for the success of a restaurant. Balancing these elements to a very high standard, we manage to offer an exceptional culinary experience, appreciated by both the local public and the tourists who visit our restaurants" - says Daniel Mischie, CEO of Grup City Grill.
