Cum, I have few but fixed ideas, today I submit to your attention another approach of some states through which they celebrate their national gastronomy (without worrying that the dishes are influenced by the international or regional recipe). Today - poor.
There are, not very many, stamp series with a culinary theme. I don't mean the ones with ingredients (although they weren't intended that way): mushrooms, vegetables or gallinaceous species. We also find some of those here, that is, Romanians. I mean the ones with food.
As sarmales are Turkish (ha!), that is, etymologically in Romanian they are Turkish, because the story is long and I have written it before, other countries do not have a problem in printing stamps with sarmales.
And we are not only talking about Azerbaijan, which in 2017 registered in the Unesco intangible heritage "dolma making and sharing tradition" or Turkey (from which we keep saying that we also took them over), but we find among the countries issuing such stamps Bosnia and Herzegovina or Korea.
Sorry for the quality of the pictures, but I couldn't find any others.

PS: Main photo – possibly the only Romanian stamp with a culinary theme
