Cosmin Dragomir, Domeniul Bogdan and FNDA, editorial campaign to promote the new generation of chefs

Jjournalist Cosmin Dragomir together with Domaine Bogdan and the National Federation of Authorized Tasters (FNDA) jointly launched a publicity campaign aimed at promoting the young chefs of today with the potential to become the great chefs of tomorrow.

The series of interviews-questionnaire will be published on the cosmindragomir.ro blog at the end, one of the participating chefs will win a sommelier course offered by FNDA by drawing lots or by public vote.

"More than ten years ago, when you only saw a handful of chefs on TV, I realized that there are thousands in the country and that some of them are very good but have no promotion. I looked them up and wrote about them. With many I remained friends, with some even at the buckle. Now, through this initiative supported by the Bogdan Domain and the FNDA, I somehow go back to the beginning and try to promote a new generation of chefs with potential or who are already performing. They are chefs today, but many of them will be the great chefs of tomorrow. I have a list that already contains several dozen names, many of them recommended by experienced chefs or horecars. I hope this editorial campaign will be of use to them. Note that all interviewees will answer the same questions. I am waiting for other commercial players – especially from HoReCa to join the effortand”, declares Cosmin Dragomir
