Is there or isn't food specific to Resisi?"

AI had the pleasure of discovering at REŞIŢA a very good restaurant, even surprising. It's not just preconceived notions about smaller cities in the country, but especially, later proven fact, supply chain deficiencies in these areas.
I discovered him Chef Robert Dragoescu from Fashion Resita and after eating and chatting at leisure we left regretting that there was not enough time to share more bottles of wine. Robert has a lot of common sense and I don't know if that will help him in the future.

If you stop by REŞIŢA, be sure to stop at Fashion Resita

to Tasty Memories, in the the Digital Chronicles podcast, Robert Dragoescu explains why he returned to the country when all the chefs were leaving and what led him to open a fine dining restaurant in an industrial city. She reveals the secret of a pizza like her mother's and tries to answer the question "Is there or isn't food specific to Resisi?".

The special episode dedicated to Reșița seeks to highlight the diversity of the city's cultural heritage, in the digital environment, for the young generation, with impact at the national and regional level, against the background of the triple anniversary in 2022. "RE: member, RE: connect, RE: discover" is a Digital Chronicles project developed with the support of Reșita City Hall and the Local Council of the Municipality, through the program of "RESIțA - CULTURAL SPACE" GRANTS.
